JC Consulting is a new venture offering Health and Safety advice to small businesses, charities, churches and others. This can range from writing or reviewing Risk Assessments to general or specific advice.

My Health and Safety experience includes a Placement Year with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust Risk Department. I was involved with Fire Safety and Management, Asbestos Management and Control, Internal Reporting of Health and Safety Incidents, Electrical safety and Water quality management.

I am a member of several professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Building (Incorporated Member) and Associate membership of the Asssociation of Project Safety, Emergency Planning Soceity and the Institute of Civil Protection and Emergency Management.

I am also currently serving as Health and Safety Officer for my church in South Belfast.
